PLANNING CASE DP-2024-00845 (COA): Proposal by Linda Ennabe of Ennabe Properties, Inc to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for project plans to demolish a non-original addition and a vehicular service building, construct a 45,207 square-foot four-story multi-family residential development, and adaptively reuse the 1,702 square foot former Winston Tire Store Building, designated as a Structure of Merit.
