PLANNING CASE PR-2024-001722 (CUP, DR) - Proposal by Tracy Fitzsimmons of Olive Crest, to consider a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review of project plans to construct a residential development consisting of eleven dwelling units, a 3,100 square foot multi-purpose room, outdoor amenities, and associated parking.
