PLANNING CASE – P17-0065 (RZ): Proposal by Nick Tavaglione of NL Tavaglione Development to Rezone a vacant 0.49-acre parcel from PF – Public Facilities Zone to R-1-7000 – Single Family Residential Zone for the construction of a single family residence, situated on the south side of Field Lane and west of Bubbling Well Road (APN 207-060-007), in Ward 1. The Community and Economic Development Department recommends the Planning Commission determine that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty there is no possibility the proposed amendment will have a significant effect on the environment.
