PLANNING CASE: PR-2024-001740 (CUP, DR): Proposal by Karl H. Huy of Travis Companies, Inc., to consider the following entitlements to facilitate the construction of an unmanned Vehicle Fuel Station: (1) a Conditional Use Permit to permit a vehicle fuel station, and (2) Design Review of project plans. The1.35-acre vacant parcel (APN 189-190-006) is situated on the south side of Jurupa Avenue, between Columbia Avenue and Dales Street, in the BMP – Business and Manufacturing Park Zone, in Ward 3. The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department has determined that this project is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
