PLANNING CASE PR-2023-001595 (CUP, LS/DR): Proposal by Todd Nelson of Prism Aerospace to consider the following entitlements: 1) Conditional Use Permit to permit outdoor storage as an incidental use to the primary manufacturing use (Prism Aerospace); and 2) Landscape and Irrigation Design Review to facilitate the construction of a parking lot.
