Approve Second Amendment to Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc., doing business as MIG, Inc., Berkeley, for $76,910 for total contract amount of $384,541.55 and increase change order authority to 37 percent for Fairmount Park Master Plan, to add additional Scope of Services, extend term for one additional year, and increase compensation for project changes including, but not limited to, additional work, unforeseen conditions, or necessary design changes - Supplemental appropriation - Five affirmative votes required (Ward 1)
