PLANNING CASE PC-2026-00822 (CUP) - Proposal by Ebraheem Hamed of Riverside Heights Assisted Living, LLC., to consider a Conditional Use Permit to establish an Assisted Living Facility to accommodate a total of 48 licensed beds within an existing 14,480-square-foot medical office building. The 2.67-acre project site is located at 18171 Van Buren Boulevard, situated on the west side of Little Court, south of Van Buren Boulevard, in the CR-SP-X-15-S-2 - Commercial Retail, Specific Plan (Orangecrest), Building Setback (15-feet), and Building Stories (2-story) Overlay Zones, in Ward 4.
