PLANNING CASE PC-2026-00495 (CUP): Proposal by Eric Reiss of Dungan Design Group to consider Conditional Use Permit to permit a 5,027 square foot drive-thru restaurant (Chipotle). The .70-acre site consists of a single parcel and is developed with a multi-tenant commercial building located at 5225 Canyon Crest Drive, situated on the northwest corner of Canyon Crest Drive and Central Avenue within the Canyon Crest Towne Centre, in the CRC - Commercial Regional Center Zone, in Ward 2. The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department has determined that this project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301- Existing Facilities Article 19 of the CEQA Guidelines.
