Introduce an Ordinance amending and replacing in its entirety section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code regarding speed limits designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and portions thereof in accordance with provisions of section 10.20.020 and 10.20.030 - Approve Citywide Speed Limit Reduction Program including Policy Recommendations and Implementation Plan - Authorize installation of new speed limit signs and pavement markings throughout City as determined from revised speed limit schedule and as required by California Vehicle Code - Victoria Avenue from Tyler Street to La Sierra Avenue (All Wards)
