PLANNING CASE P17-0791: Certificate of Appropriateness request by Gaby Adame, of the Riverside Unified School District to install a new fence at Grant School (City Landmark #38), located at 4011 Fourteenth Street, visible at the northeast corner of Fourteenth Street and Brockton Avenue, in the DSP-AS-CR – Downtown Specific Plan – Almond District and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301, because the project constitutes a minor alteration to historic resource.
