Authorize Supplemental Agreements related to Master Agreement with Mead and Hunt, Inc., for increased amount not-to-exceed $1,000,000 per firm consisting of on call design, engineering and construction management services associated with miscellaneous Airport Capital Improvement Projects, and other projects included in Airport Master Plan with subsequent reports back to the City Council from time to time on addition or deletion of new panel members (Ward 3)
