CONTINUED FROM APRIL 22, 2025 - Planning Case PR-2024-001656 (TM) - Appeal - Uphold appeal by Matthew Esquivel, Warmington Residential, of Planning Commission denial and approve the Tentative Tract Map (TM-38921) to subdivide a 9.91-acre parcel into 49 single family lots (for 46 market rate dwellings and 3 affordable dwellings) situated on the southeast corner of La Sierra Avenue and Victoria Avenue - Determine project is exempt from additional environmental review pursuant to Section 15183 of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as project is consistent with General Plan 2025 Programmatic Environmental Impact Report, approved in November 2007, and its addendums, based on checklist prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15168, project is within scope of General Plan 2025 Programmatic Environmental Impact Report and its addendums adequately describe project for purposes of CEQA (Community and Economic Development) (Ward 5) (15-minute presentation)
