A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, (1) declaring that repairs to the Riverside Metropolitan Museum collections storage facility are of urgent necessity for the preservation of life, health and property; (2) authorizing the repair work to be performed without competitive bidding pursuant to purchasing Resolution No. 22576 and City Charter Section 1109; (3) awarding a contract to McMurray Stern Inc., for not-to-exceed $105,000 for the necessary repair work; and (4) authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary contract documents - Waive further reading - Appropriate $350,000 from General Fund Reserves for Museum collections storage facility improvements - 1006 Dalton Road (Museum) (All Wards)
