Case P15-0824 - City of Riverside - Zoning text amendment - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, replacing Title 19 Chapter 19.570, Water Efficient Landscaping and Irrigation, in its entirety in compliance with Governor Brown’s Executive Order of April 1, 2015, (EO B-29-15) by being at least as effective in conserving water as Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance approved by California Water Commission on July 15, 2015 - Determine proposal is categorically exempt from provisions of California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Sections 15307 and 15308 of CEQA Guidelines as proposed project consists of Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of Natural Resources and Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of Environment; and exempt per Section 15061 (B)(3), as it can be seen with certainty that code amendment does not have potential to cause significant effect on environment (General Rule) (All Wards)
