PLANNING CASE P16-0023: The City of Riverside Finance Department is requesting that the Planning Commission review the City’s FY 2016/17 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and determine that it is consistent with General Plan 2025, pursuant to Riverside Municipal Code Section 19.050.030 and California Government Code Section 65401. A determination of CIP consistency is not subject to review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(4).
