PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UTILITY SYSTEM EFFICIENCIES, INC. RFP 1557 FOR RIVERSIDE TRANSMISSION RELIABILITY PROJECT FOR $160,680
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve a professional services agreement with Utility System Efficiencies, Inc. for strategic planning and evaluation of alternatives for the Riverside Transmission Reliability Project (RTRP) in the amount of $160,680;
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the areement; and
3. Authorize a Purchase Order to Utility System Efficiencies, Inc. in the amount of $160,680.
