Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California amending Section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and portions thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 10.20.020 and 10.20.030 increasing speed limit on portion of Bandini Avenue from Palm to Brockton Avenues from 25 mph to 30 mph, decreasing speed limit on portion of Streeter Avenue from former Dewey Avenue to Central Avenue from 40 mph to 35 mph, and revising boundaries of existing speed zones on designated segments of Alta Cresta Avenue, Bandini Avenue, Box Springs Boulevard, Kansas Avenue, and Streeter Avenue - Waive further reading (Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4)
