PLANNING CASES P15-0983 and P15-0984: Proposal by Mark Rubin of Regional Properties, Inc., to consider a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the construction of a 10,000 square foot child day care center ("The Learning Experience") and 15,000 square foot secured outdoor play area, on approximately 1.42 acres, located at 515 Alessandro Boulevard, situated on the north side of Mission Village Drive and west of Northrop Drive, in the CR-SP - Commercial Retail and Specific Plan (Mission Grove) Overlay Zones, in Ward 4.
