PLANNING CASE P16-0292: Proposed historic dedesignation by the City of Riverside of Structure of Merit No. 302, located at 4049 Main Street, in the Justice Center District of the Downtown Specific Plan, and the removal of the CR—Cultural Resources Overlay Zone associated with the Structure of Merit No. 302, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board recommend that the City Council determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to per Sections 15061(b)(3) and 21084.1 of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment.
