PLANNING CASE P16-0342: Proposed Point of Cultural Interest recognition by Carol Park, to recognize Pachappa Camp/Dosan’s Republic, Riverside’s Koreatown, located at 3096 Cottage Street in the Industrial Zone, as a Point of Cultural Interest in Ward #2. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board recommend that the City Council determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to per Sections 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment, said action is intended to recognize a point of historic or cultural interest.
