PLANNING CASE P16-0344: Proposed minor revisions to Municipal Code Title 20 to add a recognition of City Points of Cultural Interest, including criteria and procedures for recognition. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board recommend that the City Council determine the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15308, 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3) and/or 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
