PLANNING CASE P15-0154, Request by Mark and Nancy Parish for a one-year time extension to complete project associated with the previously approved $25,000 grant awarded on April 13, 2015 to replace the porch beam, reroof, and repaint a single-family residence which is eligible for Landmark designation at 8410 Cleveland Avenue in the RA-5-Residential Agricultural Zone, in Ward 5. It has been determined this project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guidelines Section 15331 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation).
