That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve the Maintenance and Support Agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in the amount $588,656.16;
2. Approve Work Order No. 1704116 for $600,000; and
3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary Agreement.
