Approve San Bernardino Wells Solar Project - Amended and Restated Power Purchase Agreement with Solar Star California XXXIX, LLC, for approximately $433,500 for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and $690,000 for Fiscal Year 2018-19 from Public Utilities Department Budget for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of cumulative 4.5 megawatt of solar photovoltaic energy generation on City-owned Scheuer, Garner, and Cooley Wells properties in San Bernardino County for 25-year term - Determine, based upon Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Programs prepared for this Project and adopted on January 10, 2017, the comments and findings therein, written and oral, made prior to Project approval, proposed project will have less than significant effect on environment with mitigation incorporated (All Wards)
