Title: PLANNING CASE P17-0062: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness by Orlando Montero, Handson Equities, Llc. to replace decorative elements as part of a rehabilitation of the McIntyre House, which City Landmark #72, located in the Downtown Specific Plan – Prospect Place Office District and Cultural Resources Overlay (DSP-PPO-CR) Zones in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15331, because the project constitutes as Historical Resource Rehabilitation that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
