A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, (1) declaring that the repair of the failing sewer force main at Alessandro Boulevard and Trautwein Road is of urgent necessity for the preservation of life, health, and property pursuant to Charter Section 1109; (2) authorizing a contract with C.P. Construction Co., Inc., for the evaluation and repair of a ruptured force main sewer at Trautwein Road and Berry Road, in the amount of $57,145.52 from Sewer Enterprise Fund Collections Maintenance and Repair Budget Account; and (3) authorizing the procurement of a design-build entity to design and construct emergency rehabilitation of the sewer force main at Trautwein Road and Alessandro Boulevard in an amount between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000 from Sewer Enterprise Fund - Waive further reading (Public Works) (Ward 4)
