Title: PLANNING CASE P17-0249: After the fact Certificate of Appropriateness request by Dennis & Gloria Cates for the installation a vinyl picket fence and new landscaping to reduce water usage in the front yard of a single-family residence located at 3693 Larchwood Place, City Structure of Merit #815, and Contributor to the Wood Streets Historic District and Wood Streets Neighborhood Conservation Area, in the R-1-7000-CR zone in Ward #1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15301, because the project constitutes a minor alteration to historic resource.
