Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California amending Section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and portions thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 10.20.020 and 10.20.030 to establish 35 mph speed limit on Collett Avenue from Pierce to Buchanan Streets, establish 40 mph speed limit on Diana Avenue from Tyler Street to 500’ west of Park Sierra Drive, change boundaries of existing 35 mph speed limit on southerly portion of Mulberry Street from “Mission Inn Avenue to Tenth Street” to “Mission Inn Avenue to Ninth Street,” and remove 15 mph speed limit on University Drive from Canyon Crest Drive to Box Springs Boulevard from Riverside Municipal Code (Wards 2, 6, and 7)
