Title: PLANNING CASES P17-0781 (RZ), P17-0802 (VR) AND P17-0803 (VR): (The Applicant has withdrawn their application.) Proposal by the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside to consider the following entitlements involving three contiguous parcels, ranging in size from 0.24 to 0.36 acres, developed with single- and multiple-family dwellings: 1) A Rezone to change the zone of the site from R-1-7000 – Single-Family Residential to R-3-1500 – Multiple-Family Residential for consistency with the underlying HDR – High-Density Residential General Plan Land Use Designation; and 2) Variances to allow parcels less than one acre in size and 80 feet in width as required by the proposed R-3-1500 Zone. The project site is located at 1705-1725 Seventh Street at the northwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Seventh Street, in Ward 2.
