Title: PLANNING CASE P17-0807: Certificate of Appropriateness request by Kathy Allavie to replace the existing wood shake roof with compatible composite shingle roofing at a single family residence (James M. Wood House, City Landmark #89), located at 2490 Prince Albert Drive, in the RC-CR – Residential Conservation and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 2. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, because the project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
