PLANNING CASES P18-0008 (GPA) AND P18-0009 (RZ): Proposal by the City of Riverside to consider the following entitlements: 1) a General Plan Amendment to amend the land use designation from MDR – Medium Density Residential to VHDR – Very High Density Residential; and 2) a Zoning Code Amendment to change the zone from R-1-7000 Single-Family Residential Zone to R-4 Multiple Family Residential Zone. The subject 0.23 acre vacant property is located on the west side of Van Buren Boulevard, approximately 950 feet north of Lincoln Avenue, in Ward 5.
