PLANNING CASE P17-0933: Certificate of Appropriateness request by Magnolia Presbyterian Church to replace the stairs and ramp on the side of the church with ADA compliant ramps at the Magnolia Presbyterian Church (City Landmark #4), located at 7200 Magnolia Avenue, in the R-1-7000-CR – Single Family Residential and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 3. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301, because the project is a minor addition or alteration to historic resources.
