A) 2018 Outreach Committee

3) Policies & Procedures Recommendations
a) Add: “Each commissioner shall as part of his or her duty as a CPRC commissioner participate in at least two CPRC presentations each year, and return any completed surveys to the CPRC Admin within one month of the presentation.”
b) Delete: Policies & Procedures section IX, B, item 4: "Commissioners should complete the outreach activity log form and submit to the CPRC office within 5 days of attending an Outreach event.”
