REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 1764 PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TELEDYNE MONITOR LABS, OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, FOR THE CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING SYSTEMS AT THE RIVERSIDE ENERGY RESOURCE CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $372,258 - APPROVE WORK ORDER NO. 1813281 FOR $420,000
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Award Request for Proposal No. 1764 for Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Teledyne Monitor Labs, of Englewood, Colorado, for the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System upgrades at Riverside Energy Resource Center in the amount of $372,258;
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Teledyne Monitor Labs; and
3. Approve Work Order No. 1813281 for $420,000.
