Title: PLANNING CASE P18-0259: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness request by Radames Lamboy, on behalf of Spectrum Space Design, for exterior modification to a National Register and City Landmark eligible building as part of an adaptive reuse from a fire station into a medical office building, including the conversion of a façade window to a door, addition of windows on the existing vehicular door, and a new storage addition on the rear, as well as parking lot landscaping.
