PLANNING CASE P18-0337: Proposal by the City of Riverside to amend the Zoning Code (Title 19 of the Municipal Code) to prohibit marijuana uses, including retail sales, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and microbusinesses, but excluding Cannabis Testing Laboratories. This case is applicable to all Wards.
