AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER AGREEMENT WITH SPIDAWEB LLC, OF GAHANNA, OHIO, FOR ADDITIONAL POLE LOADING SOFTWARE LICENSES AND SERVICES FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,765.50 – APPROVE WORK ORDER NO. 1823431 FOR $62,000
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve the Amended and Restated Master Agreement with SPIDAWeb LLC, of Gahanna, Ohio, for a term of five years, increasing the original amount of $24,255.50 by an additional $36,510 for a total of $60,765.50, for additional pole loading software licenses and services;
2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute an amendment to the agreement for future ongoing annual maintenance and support extensions, subject to the availability of budgeted funds and acceptable performance; and
3. Approve Work Order No. 1823431 in the amount of $62,000.
