Title: Planning Case P18-0810 (COA): Certificate of Appropriateness request, by Rob Dodman of Imperial Hardware Lofts LLC, to modify the existing Conditions of Approval for the previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness, Planning Case P15-0249. The project site is located at 3750 Main Street, situated on the northeast corner of Main Street and University Avenue, in the DSP-RC-CR – Downtown Specific Plan – Raincross District and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, because the project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
