Title: Planning Cases P19-0062 (COA): Certificate of Appropriateness request, by Tim Maloney of Community Works Design Group, for the Riverside Art Museum, request to construct an approximately 176 sq. ft. roof top restroom facility at the Riverside Art Museum (City Landmark #18) located at 3425 Mission Inn Avenue, on the northwest corner Mission Inn Avenue and Lime Street, in the DSP-RC-CR – Downtown Specific Plan Raincross District and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine that this project falls under the class of Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and is therefore categorically exempt from further CEQA Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, additionally the project constitutes as a minor addition or alteration to an existing structure and is exempt pursuant to Section 15301....
