PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on any subject matter that is within the Commission’s jurisdiction. Each member of the public will be given three (3) minutes to speak on any item on the agenda or on any subject matter that is within the Commission’s jurisdiction. You will be asked to state your name and city of residence.
