PLANNING CASE P19-0487 (COA): Staff is requesting a continuance to October 16, 2019. Certificate of Appropriateness request by Jim Broeske of Broeske Architects & Associate, on behalf of Randall Neal, of project plans for demolition and new construction of the main level of a single-family residence, a non-contributing structure within the Mount Rubidoux Historic District. The project site is located at 4674 Beacon Way, situated on the south side of Beacon Way between Ladera Lane and Redwood Drive, in Ward 1.
