Approve the conceptual Scope of Work and Schedule of Sponsorships consolidating all services and sponsorships provided by and to the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce into one Agreement in order to clearly communicate with the public the value of the longstanding partnership efforts between the City of Riverside and the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce to grow and develop Riverside’s economy; approve a payment in the an amount not to exceed $68,000 for Fiscal Year 2019/20 to the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce as part of the proposed agreement for the services specifically provided to the City of Riverside Public Utilities Department as described herein; and recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to develop and execute a Service Agreement with the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce outlining all services and sponsorships for and by to the City of Riverside in a total amount not to exceed $101,000, including those services specifica...
