Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California amending Section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and portions thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 10.20.020 and 10.20.030 to revise boundaries of 45 MPH speed limit zone on Central Avenue from “Canyon Bluff to Chicago Avenue” to “Canyon Creek Drive to Chicago Avenue" and 40 MPH speed limit zone on southbound Day Street from “Box Springs Road to Eucalyptus Avenue” to “northerly City limits to Eucalyptus Avenue" (Ward 2)
