Approve the First Amendment to the Summary Agreement with Creditron Inc., as the successor in interest to Netvantage, Inc., for the upgrade of Creditron Software and Hardware in an amount not to exceed $151,060 with an annual hardware maintenance cost of $11,015 and an annual software maintenance cost of $13,745.96 for the purpose of remittance processing and authorize change order authority of up to 15% or $22,584.
