Recommend City Council (1) amend and extend existing subordinate line of credit with Water Utility for $25 million and with Electric Utility for $35 million, for an additional three and a half years, for estimated cost of $475,000 from Public Utilities Water and Electric Debt Related Fiscal Charges Account; (2) adopt a resolution to amend and restate existing Subordinate Revolving Credit Agreement with U.S. Bank National Association for Water and Electric Utility; and (3) approve City’s Financing Team
