Title: Case PR-2021-000932 - David Stapley and Deanna Magnon of the Magnon Companies - Councilmember Cervantes referred the matter of the Development Review Committee approval of a Minor Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, Variance, and Grading Exception for development of two non-refrigerated warehouse buildings totaling 99,950 square feet situated on south side of Marlborough Avenue between Northgate Street and Rustin Avenue for consideration of the City Council at a public hearing - Staff recommends City Council uphold decision of Development Review Committee, determine project will not have a significant effect on environment based on findings set forth in the case record and adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Section 15074 and 21081.6 - 900, 960, and 980 Marlborough Avenue (Community and Economic Development) (Ward 1) (15-minute presentation)
