Recommend City Council adopt a Resolution authorizing the extension of the term of a Letter of Credit supporting the Variable Rate Refunding Electric Revenue Bonds, Issue of 2011A and related documents and authorizing other matters relating thereto - Approve form of First Amendment to Reimbursement Agreement and Fee Letter relating to Letter of Credit and supplement to Official Statement for 2011A Electric Revenue Bonds for three-year extension term of Letter of Credit on behalf of City - Authorize expenditures for use of PFM Financial Advisors, LLC, as City’s Municipal Advisor, Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth as City’s Bond and Disclosure Counsel, and reimburse Bank of America, NA for legal costs associated with transactions
