Title: PLANNING CASES: PR-2022-001366 (CUP, DR): Proposal by Abraham Kahen of CRE Inc. to consider the following entitlements to facilitate construction of a 2,470 square foot drive-thru restaurant (Pollo Campero): 1) Conditional Use Permit to permit a drive-thru restaurant; and 2) Design Review of project plans. The project is located at 11095 Magnolia Avenue and 3815 La Sierra Avenue, situated on the northeast corner of La Sierra Avenue and Magnolia Avenue, in the CR-SP – Commercial Retail and Specific Plan (Magnolia Avenue) Overlay Zones, in Ward 6.
