The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department determined the is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), review pursuant to Sections 15303 (Small Structures) and 15331 (Historic Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project consist of the construction of a new single-family residence within a residential historic district that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
