It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15301 and 15332, because the project constitutes a minor addition to historic resource and an in-fill development that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
